Sourcing coffee and tea is an amazing journey. We know there are great products out there - and we love finding them. Sometimes that journey takes days - and sometimes it takes years, but the reward is sharing our fresh and seasonal offerings with you. Seasonality means our coffee and tea are picked during the peak harvest season, and are fresh every time. We choose a best before date of up to one year, as we believe the nuance and flavour fade over time and we want to deliver only the finest, freshest and seasonal teas that we can find.
The teas are packaged in a recyclable box. Each box contains a vacuum packed sachet of tea, and our suggested brewing parameters. We've treated every tea as it's own, and established guidelines based on what we think tastes best. We now offer more organic teas, and this is the first time that we've had tea sourced directly from the Chinese tea farms: the first step in Direct-Trade Tea.
The 2oz quantities will yield up to 11 teapots, and 4oz quantities will yield up to 22 teapots as per the brewing instructions enclosed.
